Artlink Winter Market
Artlink Market is a curated marketplace featuring the best in fine art, contemporary craft and handmade goods. Our market strives to bring the highest quality handmade goods to the people of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
This year’s Winter Market will be hosted on November 28th, December 5th and December 12th from 10am-4pm within the gallery at Artlink. 10-13 vendors will be selected for each Saturday.
Our Winter Market is a stop on the Downtown Fort Wayne’s Holly Shopping list!
During our Winter Market we will also have our annual Cup Exhibition & Sale as well as a Curated Shop of goods open to the public during our regular weekly business hours Thursday - Sunday.
How to Apply
Fill out the application form below and then email at least (3) images of your products and (2) images of your booth set up to Ellen Mensch at ellen@artlinkfw.org. If you’ve never participated in a market before, feel free to send photos of a trial booth set up! The application fee can be paid using the “Pay Application Fee” button below, or by check payable to Artlink Contemporary Gallery sent to: 300 E. Main Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802.
Application Deadlines: Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, with preference given to those who apply by August 15 for the Winter Market.

Artlink Market is curated by the Artlink staff. We are passionate about contemporary crafts and handmade goods. We are looking for artists and makers that are innovative and producing original, handmade designs. We aim to not have products too similar to each other in the market, as a service to both the buyers and vendors.

The application fee is $15 per application, which you can pay using the “pay entry fee” button below.
Booth fees (if accepted) are $60 per Saturday ($50 for Artlink Members). All fees are nonrefundable and can be paid online, at Artlink, or by check. Booth fees are due 3 weeks prior to the event and a link to pay online will be included in your acceptance.

Artlink is not responsible for damage and/or loss of any artwork, handmade craft goods, and/or displays to, from, or during Artlink Market for any reason. Artlink will not insure artwork for this market. We recommend you insure your artwork in case of any damage.

Artists are responsible for registering their small business with the IRS and collecting sales tax on all sold goods. Artists will be responsible for paying both income tax to the federal government and sales tax to the state of Indiana. Sales Tax Collection Permits can be obtained through the Indiana Department of Revenue online. If you have questions regarding taxes, we are not tax experts, please contact the IRS and the Indiana Department of Revenue.

Artists must submit images in digital format (.jpeg). By applying to Artlink Market, the artist grants consent for the use of submitted images for reproduction for publicity and educational purposes to both Artlink. Please label files with your business name and email them as attachments to ellen@artlinkfw.org after submitting your application.
