About Our Space

Artlink is happy to be able to offer our spaces to individuals, companies, or organizations looking to rent for private parties, meetings, classes, or other events. Three spaces are available for rent: the Main Gallery, the Side Gallery, and the Artlink Studio. Because we are, first and most importantly, an art gallery, please keep in mind that our exhibition schedule affects private rentals. Please include your desired dates when submitting a rental inquiry, since not all dates are available for rent due to exhibition installation.

The Main Gallery

  • Artlink’s Main Gallery faces Main Street and the north Arts Campus. The gallery has a curved bay of windows along the north side of the building. Since Artlink has movable walls to allow for large-scale installations, the exhibition space is never precisely the same. The Gallery is the largest space available to rent at Artlink at over 2600 square ft.

    • Listed prices are our base rates and may change based on event needs, days or times.

  • Weekday Rental (9:00AM - 5:00PM)

    — 3 Hour rental for $300

    — Additional hours $80 per hour

    Evening (after 5:00PM) or Weekend Rental

    — 4 Hour Rental for $500

    — Additional hours $80 per hour

    • Listed prices are our base rates. Additional fees may increase the pricing based on specific event needs, days, or times.

  • Since Artlink is primarily a gallery, any artwork and the artists who create them are the organizations top priority. Therefore, we do not schedule events any of our gallery spaces during exhibition installations. Please refer to our calendar for when Artlink is closed for install.

The Side Gallery

  • The Artlink Side Gallery is 625 square feet and used to house our call for entry exhibitions throughout the year. The space has overhead florescent and track lighting, and the exhibition space is never precisely the same. This space is a great location for a small intimate meeting or party.

  • Weekday Rental (9:00AM - 5:00PM)

    — 3 Hour rental for $180

    — Additional hours $80 per hour

    Evening (after 5:00PM) or Weekend Rental

    — 4 Hour Rental for $300

    — Additional hours $80 per hour

Artlink Studio

  • Artlink has a studio that is available to rent for meetings, classes, or events.

    The Artlink Studio is a 627 square foot room has a wall of west-facing windows, large white board, and a hand-washing sink. It is also the space that can be rented as a fully functional photography studio, with professional lighting, backdrops, camera and computer.

  • Weekday rental (9:00AM - 5:00PM)

    — 3 hours for $180

    — Additional hours $30 per hour

    Evening (After 5:00PM) or Weekend Rental

    — 4 hours for $300

    — Additional hours $30 per hour

    • Listed prices are our base rates. Additional fees may increase the pricing based on specific event needs, days, or times.

  • The Artlink Studio space is the most rentable spaces at our location. Unlike the two galleries they are available to rent during exhibition installations.

Photography Studio

  • All Photography Studio Rentals are set-up the 627 sq ft Artlink Studio Space. This space is complete with various backdrops, a professional lighting kit, camera, tripod and computer with access to the full Adobe Cloud Suite of Software. It is designed to assist artists in their careers by offering a space to professionally photograph artwork, both two and three dimensional.

    If you are interested in using the photography equipment please understand that either Ellen or Jen will train you on the use of the equipment prior to renting the studio. Use of the camera, lights, tripod, copy stand, and computer are not available without completion of this training.

  • Members Rental Rate

    — $25 for 2 hours

    — Additional Hours $10 per hour

    Non-Commercial Rental Rate

    — $75 for 2 hours

    — Additional Hours $30 per hour

    Commercial Rental Rate

    — $180 for 2 hours

    — Additional Hours $80 per hour

    Applies to all Photography Studio Rentals

    • Minimum 2 hour rental

    • Must complete the Introduction to Artwork Photography workshop to use computer and photography equipment

    • Scheduling is subject to staff availability

    • Please bring your own SD card for the camera and an optional external drive, usb drive, etc. to save edited photos. Our computer is an Apple iMac so please make sure to format drives as exFAT or FAT32, especially if you typically use a Windows based computer.
