Rentals at Artlink

About Our Space

Artlink is happy to be able to offer our space to individuals, companies, or organizations looking to rent them for art-related or adjacent, private parties meetings, classes, or other events. At the moment we are making some changes to the spaces in Artlink, If you are interested in renting The Main Gallery or Studio Space, please call the gallery at (260) 424-7195 to inquire about availability. Artlink is, first and most importantly, an art gallery, and our exhibition schedule affects all private gallery or studio rentals.

The Gallery

  • Artlink’s Main Gallery faces Main Street and the north Arts Campus. The gallery has a curved bay of windows along the north side of the building. Since Artlink has movable walls to allow for large-scale installations, the exhibition space is never precisely the same. The Gallery is the largest space available to rent at Artlink at over 2600 square ft.

    • Listed prices are our base rates and may change based on event needs, days or times.

  • Weekday Rental (9:00AM - 5:00PM)

    — 3 Hour rental for $300

    — Additional hours $80 per hour

    Evening (after 5:00PM) or Weekend Rental

    — 4 Hour Rental for $500

    — Additional hours $80 per hour

    • Listed prices are our base rates. Additional fees may increase the pricing based on specific event needs, days, or times.

  • Since Artlink is primarily a gallery, any artwork and the artists who create them are the organizations top priority. Therefore, we do not schedule events in the Gallery during exhibition installations. Please refer to our calendar for dates when the Gallery is closed for installation.

The Artlink Studio

  • Artlink has a single studio space that available to rent for meetings, classes, or events.

    The Artlink Studio is a 627-square-foot room with a wall of west-facing windows, a large whiteboard, and a hand-washing sink. This is the new location for our Figure Drawing sessions, workshops, and classes throughout the year. The space also can be rented as a fully functional photography studio, with professional lighting, backdrops, a camera, and computer access.

  • Weekday rental (9:00AM - 5:00PM)

    — 3 hours for $180

    — Additional hours $30 per hour

    Evening (After 5:00PM) or Weekend Rental

    — 4 hours for $300

    — Additional hours $30 per hour

    • Listed prices are our base rates. Additional fees may increase the pricing based on specific event needs, days, or times.

  • The Artlink Studio is the most rentable space at our location. Unlike the galleries, they are available to rent during exhibition installations.

Photography Studio

  • The 627 square foot Photography Studio is a newer addition to the offerings at Artlink. Complete with various backdrops, a professional lighting kit, camera, tripod and dedicated photography computer, it is designed to assist artists in their careers by offering a space to professionally photograph artwork, both two and three dimensional.

    If you are interested in using the photography equipment please make sure to sign up for the Introduction to Artwork Photography Workshop before renting the studio. Use of the camera, lights, tripod, copy stand, and computer is not available without completion of the workshop.

  • Members Rental Rate

    — $25 for 2 hours

    — Additional Hours $10 per hour

    Non-Commercial Rental Rate

    — $75 for 2 hours

    — Additional Hours $30 per hour

    Commercial Rental Rate

    — $180 for 2 hours

    — Additional Hours $80 per hour

    Applies to all Photography Studio Rentals

    • Minimum 2 hour rental

    • Must complete the Introduction to Artwork Photography workshop to use computer and photography equipment

    • Scheduling is subject to staff availability

    • Please bring your own SD card for the camera and an optional external drive, usb drive, etc. to save edited photos. Our computer is an Apple iMac so please make sure to format drives as exFAT or FAT32, especially if you typically use a Windows based computer.

  • The Photography Studio is available for rentals Tuesday through Friday from Noon to 4 pm. Call 260-424-7195 or email Jen@artlinkfw.org to schedule time in the Photography Studio
