Radiant Color: Abstract Radial Design

Brighten your world with bold, colorful radial designs! In this workshop, you’ll create eye-catching, abstract compositions using layered paper circles and geometric shapes arranged in a radial pattern. The result? Stunning, vibrant designs that bring energy and balance to any space. You’ll learn basic collage techniques, explore cutting tools, and experiment with a variety of papers, textiles, and mixed media materials to make your design uniquely yours. These radiant pieces can be mounted on canvas or framed—perfect for display at home or as a handmade gift. (Framing and canvas options available for an additional cost.)

All skill levels are welcome and no prior art experience needed.  All materials provided. For ages 12 and up. 

About the Instructor

Hannah Burnworth is the artist behind Milk House Studio. Burnworth has degrees in both art education and studio art. She has been teaching in both public schools and through private workshops for 14 years. In addition to teaching, Burworth loves to create all things paper. Her handmade books, collage, and paper works celebrate creativity and design, bringing together a love for texture, color, nature and the beauty of everyday life. Burworth has shown her work regionally and nationally.
