Fight Club

This group exhibition brings together 33 works that confront the frictions of contemporary life—from internal struggles to outward clashes. Selected by juror Jen Brown, the exhibition moves between subtle tension and overt conflict, with moments of imbalance, misunderstanding, and even humor woven throughout.

Struggle and conflict are part of life—between people, within ourselves, across cultures, systems, and beliefs. "Fight Club" invited artists to explore moments of friction: misunderstandings, arguments, contradictions, power struggles, resistance, and unresolved tension. This exhibition is not about violence for spectacle’s sake, but about the forces that push against one another and the energy created in that collision.

Fight Club seeks to ask: what happens when things are out of alignment or don’t agree - what can be revealed in that space?
